# FUTUR inc.

> A one-person studio in Québec that designs, deploys and operates AI agents which act inside small businesses (5 to 50 people), under an explicit governance ladder: paper, supervised, autonomous. Run by Nic Larivière. Works in French and English.

## How the offer works
- Every engagement starts at the paper stage: the agent proposes, a human approves each action from Slack, Telegram or WhatsApp.
- Promotion to supervised (acts within written limits, every action logged) and autonomous (runs, with a ledger and a panic switch) happens on evidence.
- Agents connect to a client's tools through open protocols such as MCP. FUTUR operates and monitors them after deployment.

- Legion: a constellation of trading agents that has run live on the founder's own capital since April 2026, using the same ladder.
